Synopsis

The phantom thief known as Tokozu Kujaku (Peacock Thief) threw Starburst City into chaos for six months - before disappearing without a trace, with promise of an "Ultimate Heist."

Two years later, Junior Detective Wayne Reed arrives at his office to find two messages. Those two messages send him on a journey all around the city. Can he find out what's going on and possibly find a connection to the Phantom Thief's "Ultimate Heist"?
